Donations
St. Jacob’s Spaders Lutheran Church Cemetery Association operates as a non-profit organization under IRS Section 501(c)(3). Any contributions made to the Association are tax deductible. The Cemetery Association members donate their time and are not compensated for their duties.
Lot owners may donate the lot back to the cemetery, upon which you may be eligible to receive a tax deduction for the current market value.
Any and all contributions made will be put towards the perpetual care of the Cemetery grounds.
We do recommend consulting your tax advisor for any questions in regards to the deductibility of your contribution.
